Our Company designed and developed the new unique technology for reprocessing of asphalt roofing shingles waste applying the new methods of preprocessing extra fine shredding and follow-up granulation (pelletization) to use reclaimed asphalt roofing shingles as a feedstock for manufacturing of new roofing materials implementing the full scale production cycle to contribute to circular economy.

We apply our proprietary technological developments to manufacture equipment for the reprocessing of asphalt roofing waste and GTR (Ground Tire Rubber) for further use in the production of new asphalt roofing materials (“Roof to Roof” Concept) and as components for road pavement construction (”Roof to Road” Concept).

Our Enterprise designs and manufactures new plants for the production of asphalt roofing materials of all types and thicknesses thanks to our in-house development. Our equipment is especially well adapted to manufacture a high quality end product using RAS (Reclaimed Asphalt Shingles) and GTR (Ground Tire Rubber). The members of our team have decades of experience in the field of asphalt roofing materials manufacturing, mechanical and plant engineering.
