The equipment for the production of asphalt roofing materials from REMA GmbH is especially well adapted to manufacture a high quality end product using RAS (Reclaimed Asphalt Shingles as REMATRIX pellets) and GTR (Ground Tire Rubber).

Our systems are much more compact than all their predecessor types thanks to the integration of our innovations which contribute to saving space and labor costs.

In addition, the industrial equipment of REMA GmbH is robust and durable. The members of our team have decades of experience in the field of asphalt roofing materials manufacturing, mechanical and plant engineering.

Thanks to our experience, many years of research and numerous tests, we are able to build basic production facilities with an annual capacity of 500.000 m² up to 10.000.000 m².
